Elsa Pataky gave fans a better look at her cameo Thor: Love and Thunder with husband Chris Hemsworth in a post celebrating the actor's birthday. Pataki and Hemsworth have been married since December 2010. Pataki was featured in Korg's opening montage where he discussed where Thor was following Avengers: Endgame, in which her wolf-woman appeared as one of the fans of God of Thunder.
Thor: Love and Thunder are focused on facing the deadly intergalactic god of thunder, Gorr the God-Butcher (Christian Bale), and the sudden return of Jane Foster (Natalie Portman) as The Mighty Thor in his pursuit of a new goal. However, the latest Marvel Cinematic Universe movie has had no shortage of cameos among its cast. From small roles like Melissa McCarthy joining Luke Hemsworth, Matt Damon and Sam Neil's Asgardian in the cast to recap of Thor: Ragnarok and Taika Waititi's What We Do In The Shadows co-star Jonathan Prue takes on the role of God Rabo, to Brett Goldstein after the credits. , Hercules who introduced the Greek demigod to the MCU, Love, and Thunder made a lot of small appearances by faces close to the co-productions.
Pataki took to Instagram to share a touching post in which she celebrated and wished Hemsworth a happy birthday, sharing several photos of her husband. In the post, Pataki included a black and white behind-the-scenes photo from Thor: Love and Thunder, in which she starred alongside Hemsworth as a wolf woman. Check out Pataky's loyal post and behind-the-scenes photo below.
Pataky isn't the only member of the Hemsworth family to appear in the film, with Hemsworth and Pataky's daughter playing a role in Waititi's sequel to Thor: Ragnarok. India Rose Hemsworth portrayed love, the daughter of Gore, who is lost by the villain at the beginning of the film, fueling his anger at Rapu and the hatred of all the gods that Necrosword exploits, spurring Gorr's campaign for revenge. Gore will eventually revive love through his desire for eternity upon losing the effect of the word necruz and being affected by the love of Thor and Jane. He then leaves his daughter in the care of the God of Thunder once he passes the corruption of the sword. Hemsworth's daughter's cameo adds an extra emotional layer to Thor's ending, as the character decides to raise his enemy's daughter who has fallen as his child.
Thor: Love and Thunder have no shortage of cameos, with Hemsworth theorizing Waititi made many cameos that have yet to be revealed. However, Pataky's cameo is one of the film's most emotional looks, allowing Hemsworth and Pataky to act side by side since the actress briefly appeared in Thor: The Dark World as a replacement for Portman. Not only does Pataki's post give fans a better look at her short cameo, but it's also a heartwarming celebration of the actors' birthday.
